1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Alignn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If something here does not feel right to you, please do not use the app.
2. Who We Serve
Alignn is designed for pilates, yoga and wellness instructors/professionals. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is compliant with the laws and regulations in your location.
3. Not Medical Advice
Alignn helps you keep notes and reminders but it does not provide any medical advice. You are responsible for how you teach and for encouraging clients to seek medical guidance when appropriate.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the Service, including client details, notes and program plans. You confirm that you have the right to store this information.
You allow us to store and process this information only so the app can work as intended, such as syncing across devices or generating summaries for you.
5. Privacy
We care about privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store information.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Studio / Multi-Instructor Access
If you are using a studio or team plan, you are responsible for controlling who on your team can view client information. We are not responsible for misuse of data by members you authorize.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, abuse or harm any person;
- upload unlawful, discriminatory or inappropriate content;
- reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the Service.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service. We try to make changes in a way that respects instructors and studios. We do our best to keep Alignn reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or prevent every possible issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alignn and its owners, employees and partners will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost income or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Service.
